There is a huge difference between a cheap whey protein powder (like Prolab or an unnamed one) and the most expensive ones

do you think it is worth paying twice the price (and usually more) for 0.5g carbs instead of 5g and for a few bells and whistles ?

not worth it for me. people say 'you pay what you get for' but I've never seen anything that proved to me a reason why I shouldn't just use Optimum Nutrition.

choose the one with lab results

but they ALL have lab results, and they're all paid for by "independent 3rd party" researches PAID BY the protein company so you know what they are gonna say :(

whey is whey
cheap is good

i like all the whey, price match if i find something cheaper and they ship my stuff the same day i order usually

all the whey will price match?

im pretty sure chewy
my buddy found blend that was a few bucks cheaper locally to him and they matched it. it's got to be blend vs blend or isolate vs isolate though

I guess that if you go for the more expensive one, 100 vs 130 cal - 0.5 vs 2 gr fat, etc. and then you add some cream and two tea spoons of sugar in your coffee, it's a waste of money ...

But, like I said, it's just a guess.
