I've got a very minor annoyance (i say this because it is not PAIN, yet....) in my outter/middle pec right under the arm pit. It only pops up when i am benching heavy usually in the 1-5 rep ranges -i think i initially injured it when i slipped out of form in the middle of a heavy set a while back.
Anyone else come across this? Any suggestions on how to heal it up? any advice is appreciated...
