Sweetie, I think you answered your own question!!!!! YES, EVERYDAY....except ONE! That's what the reward/cheat day is for. Kick ass all week and give yourself a pat on the back for sticking with it!maybeyeah said:I guess when you let your weight go up and down so many times in life (as I have) and get older, its only natural that your body starts to get WISE to your habits. Lesson learned for today:: the cheat meals/days etc add up
