So i am a freshman in college and started training serious at the start of school.

I was 6'0 160 coming into college and now 6'0 188 or so.
28 lbs with only whey protein, good dieting, Musclemilk at bedtime.

Im starting to lose abs but im getting a lot thicker and am nowhere near a stick anymore.

I prolly plan on bulking to 200 or so then going on a cutting cycle.

What do you guys think?
P.S. Its a pain to give up a lot of the fun at parties by not drinking but its what it takes.

28 lbs in ~ 6 months is great!

It's up to you if u want to keep going bulking or cut down a little bit then keep going.

Doing short cutting/dieting down periods after a good amount of bulk will make your final cut for summer or whenever that much easier to get rid of some fat and not a ton.
 
Drinking was overrated anyways man.. Just get your kicks by watching the others make a fool of themselves (just don't get into a situation where u are a "babysitter", it sucks). If you can get to 200, and have a proper cutting cycle, they you would probably love your look. But if you get to 200 and get lazy, you're going to notice some fat. Just stick it out man, if you can do it, you can do it... If you get burned out, then you just added some mass that you might not like in a little while.
 
Yeah well im going on a big vacation in july and i just wanna be cut down a bit. I'm not doing any competitions or anything of that sort.
I mean i still drink from time to time to have some fun and all but many people are doing this 5 days a week haha and its funny to see them get overweight and miserable when they are not drinking.
Since im in college and its not the easiest to cook a lot i bought lots of walnuts and almonds and am going to order some more bars soon.
I found a site where i can get some RTD 50 protein drinks pretty cheap and will be very nice for this summer.

If i start doing cardio 3-4 times a day of just running outdoors and lift in the afternoon how would this be if i continue to eat bulking foods.

Yeah it just felt so good to go back and see family and have EVERYBODy notice a change into a way improved me.
I also like seeing kids who wer elike me 1 year ago.
