So now my other shoulder is doing the same fucking thing! My workouts have been ok thou.... So any suggestions for my shoulder workouts?? Chest I'm doing per the link CS posted above. PCT starts next week then Vaca on the 1st and continue PCT and if I need to take time off and rest up shoulders I will at that point. Then I wanna get into the 5x5 program Zed laid out for me. On those Dbl presses if they bother you at all then do them with your palms facing your head. Also do not go lower then your eyes and do not lock out at the top.
