Yeah Owl I saw that.....hope you feel better soon bro and thank you!

Colstreamer, being in the Marines for 6 years that's all you do pullups, sit ups and run, LOL! Thanks for the compliment thou! But I should clarify after I can't do anymore I use bands starting from least resistance till failure then up the resistance band if need be till I get 20. It really keeps me in awesome form plus I can get a heluva squeeze at the top! Trying to get wider, LOL every ones goal!

Lol yeah that's about right! The booties are always the biggest soldiers. I was wasted in the infantry, guy my size always gets the SAW!

81Infantry for me too bro. Good ol 249 SAW with extra barrel bag was no one's friend on a 20 mile hump, LOL! 81 MM Mortars for me, Death From Above! Those fuckers were heavy even on a 5 mile hump!

Ah yeah, the only bonus to being lumped with the GPMG (General Purpose Machine Gun - what we call the SAW) was you'd never have to hump a LAAW, we had a whole platoon specifically for mortars.

Air Cav was tits. The choppers did all the heavy lifting for usuns. And we could tear shit up too bros!

Freaking sorry guys and gals, so busy!! Really can't wait for this wedding to come and go so we can get back to some kind of routine. Everything is going awesome besides my shoulder....not really sure what it is?? It's been a nagging pain for a long time just always lift thru it. It's like a sharp pain and it feels like it's in my bone?? Been using some stuff called Biofreeze and skeletal balm which has been helping allot. Anyhow, chest & tri's tonight and will keep trying to post up workouts cause I been slacking. Hope your all doing well!

Shoulder disorders are the most common causes of shoulder pain.

Examples of shoulder disorders include:
•frozen shoulder – a painful condition that reduces normal movement in the joint and can sometimes prevent movement in the shoulder altogether

•rotator cuff disorders – the rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons that surround the shoulder joint and help to keep it stable

•shoulder instability – where the shoulder is unstable and has an unusually large range of movement (hypermobility)

•acromioclavicular joint disorders – conditions that affect the acromioclavicular joint, which is the joint at the top of the shoulder

Shoulder instability and acromioclavicular joint disorders tend to affect younger people, particularly men who play certain sports. For example: over arm bowling (baseball) throwing and lifting heavy ass weights over your head! And of course any contact sports where you may fall onto your shoulder (rugby, American football, wrestling)

Several treatment options are available for shoulder pain. They include:

•painkillers – such a paracetamol
•physiotherapy – where physical methods, such as massage and manipulation, are used to promote healing
•injections of corticosteroids – corticosteroids are a type of medication that contain hormones (no shit right?)
•surgery (in some cases)

I think an acromioclavicular joint disorder sounds like your problem. But you really ought to get it checked out in order to get the best treatment for you (cessation of the aggravating activity is usually recommended as well). And remember, most shoulder issues can take many months to fully recover from :(

I hope you find that interesting. :)

I also hope it makes me look brainy!! :D

Shit bro sounds like a tator cuff injury to me.
Right the hell now do this.
Google Dave Tate bench press.
Do your bench the way he says and you will get instant relief and add to your bench press.
Also you should prolly can the OHP and Upright Rows if you do any of them. They both shoulder killas for tator cuff injuries.
Let us know bro and best of luck to you man.
