No...........I think we said it 100% depends on your goals, genetic structure, etc...........some can eat it and not gain a pound, others will look at it and get fat.....if you want to stay lean, 90% of people should stay away.......if you don't care about packing on some pounds, enjoy. Pretty simple.

Are you so arrogant that you believe that everyone would want your physique? Because that sure seems like the question asked below. Is it really so difficult for you to comprehend that someone would not want the amount of muscle mass you carry?

Do you think I couldn't go to the local juice factory and fill up? I'm not saying that I would look anything like you because neither of us has any idea what I would look like juiced to the gills. My point is that I could gain muscle mass - and probably make great gains with my diet. I'm sure I could gain at least 25lbs of muscle mass. Well, why don't I then - because I don't want it and don't find it to be aesthetically pleasing.
