I have a problem with CV exercise ..I find it extremely boring..I would much rather be lifting heavy weights....I lose interest and it agrevates an old knee problem.....so, my question is 'can I lose body fat by hardly doing any CV at all and just cutting out carbs and fats and just eating protein rich foods while keeping up a four times a week training programme with just weights?'
