You proved my point on the fact that you cant read and think. LOL.

Anyhow I was here back when this message board format was different. Say like in the mid 90's. I have knowlege and I have a wife that got big and huge with my ideas. She-Rah was her screen name and I was Mr.Big

I'll let you guys in a little secret, that diet jkurz posted is mine, the one I used last year to add 20lbs of mass to my frame, and the same one I am using now and growing like a weed. So the protein may be a little high for him, but I at the same time, eating that much protein is only going to help him.

And over 15 years, i have extensive experience on all kinds of diets, as I am a brutal hardgainer, and very little works for me to add mass. And at the point that I am at, its not a question of me growing just as well on a smaller amount, as I DONT GROW AT ALL if I dont eat the amounts listed.

chipvideo, you say that by eating 1/2 the protein you can get as big as the rest of us over the next few months, well that sounds like it could be a friendly little challenge(and I do mean friendly, no need for it to turn nasty). lets see where we all are in say 6 months or whatever.

Well I guess if youve trained for 15 years eventually you will hit a plateau. I unfortunately am only able to train around 8 months per year tops. In fact the last 7 years only about 18 months total gym time. Now just getting back into the swing of things. Think I will stay natural this time. Just going to be doing the carb loading ever so often. I think that carb loading is a good natural way of getting through a peak.
 
You can only use so much protein. The amount differs for people, but there is definitely a cap to the number. The main thing is excess calories and training.

The extra protein may help nominally, but don't stress over it. Give less a try, with extra carbs.

You guys are acting like fools.....your theories are bunk, as take one friggn look at Needsize now or in a few months when he wins his next contest, and your theories that high protein per lb of LEAN bw is tossed out in the garbage....bro is a monster so this diet without question works for him. Will the same diet work me me? Probably not. I'll need to adjust the macros for my weight, but not a whole lot if I want to pack on size. All you kept saying was that 400g of protein is a joke. Not one other thing was mentioned.

I wouldnt say their theories are bunk, I just dont think its as black and white as some people make it out to be. I've seen guys get huge and eat like shit, but others like me need to eat hyper amounts of protein to gain any size
 
JKurz, good basis for an arguement. Not saying you're wrong man, but you know Needsize eats tons of CALORIES in general. You can't just make the correlation directly to the protein only. You have no idea if he would've gained the same amount eating less protein and more carbs.
 
Ok. If I were to try your diet, what types of protein would you suggest. I just dont know if I could handle eating that much food. I prefer to take lots of my protein from shakes. Would you ditch whey protein and go for something different? I am only going to try this high protein thing after I feel the gains slow down. Probably in about 4 months or so. What is your take on cottage cheese? I love the shit. Could you give me an example of one day in your high protein diet. Also what are your carbs and fat intakes as well durring this.

good so back to the hole you came from..i cant read but im good in math..

Jkurz you know what to do as far as diet..stick with your original thinking and if you hit a bump give a shout..

NS how you eat all that cottage cheese..that shit is jsut nasty lol id rather choke on dry chicken
