I'll let you guys in a little secret, that diet jkurz posted is mine, the one I used last year to add 20lbs of mass to my frame, and the same one I am using now and growing like a weed. So the protein may be a little high for him, but I at the same time, eating that much protein is only going to help him.
And over 15 years, i have extensive experience on all kinds of diets, as I am a brutal hardgainer, and very little works for me to add mass. And at the point that I am at, its not a question of me growing just as well on a smaller amount, as I DONT GROW AT ALL if I dont eat the amounts listed.
chipvideo, you say that by eating 1/2 the protein you can get as big as the rest of us over the next few months, well that sounds like it could be a friendly little challenge(and I do mean friendly, no need for it to turn nasty). lets see where we all are in say 6 months or whatever.
