I'd give my plethora of thoughts bro, but you've been given suggestions already, and responded with "nah".
So I really don't see a point.
I don't want to make all kinds of suggestions, only to have them be ignored and/or not even considered. Just do the above and see how it goes. In all actuality, we can sit here and advise all day long, but you're going to have to work w/the above for many weeks, as no one here knows how that is going to affect you. You know your body and how to keep track of yourself.
If in a few weeks you are not happy, report what your progress/lack of has been, and I can then offer up suggestions that maybe then you'll incorporate.
