Maybe it's more than it looks like, I'll give it that, but still...400-500 is usually a struggle for people to get into. You don't even weigh over 200 lbs., right? Why so much protein then anyway man?
 
I'm 190, my goal is 235 within a year (long-shot, but will make the attempt, with a littl help of course....) so I need to eat like I want to be 235......2g/lb bro......I'm usually right about 400g.........if there's excess, there's excess, but I'd rather have more than not enough at this stage......been lean too long.......

I don't want to make all kinds of suggestions, only to have them be ignored and/or not even considered. Just do the above and see how it goes. In all actuality, we can sit here and advise all day long, but you're going to have to work w/the above for many weeks, as no one here knows how that is going to affect you. You know your body and how to keep track of yourself.

If in a few weeks you are not happy, report what your progress/lack of has been, and I can then offer up suggestions that maybe then you'll incorporate.

I think your crazy to eat that much protein. Too much is not a good thing bro. Maybe if you were taking 8IU GH daily with insulin,thyroid, along with 5 grams of hardcore juice per week you might go as high as 350 grams protein at your weight. Your just going overboard here. I am 220 at 18% and I am taking in 250-280 per day and I think I am at the top level of my protein intake.

Big difference between lbm and your weight. Yes the pros all use gear. I am not using gear now. So for me using almost 1.5 per lbm I feel I am at the high end without using gear. So you agree that a kid using 500 grams of protein at a weight of 190lbs is not riduculous? If you think it isn't then I sure as heck would never take you serious.
