a few shakes( 2 or 3)a day is fine but the bulk of your protein should come from whole foods..specifically animal proteins..im eating 400g of pro now i have one shake right after workout and one before bed..those 2 shakes are about 140g of pro the rest comes from whole foods..Tom Treutlein said:Only one shake a day on training days. If I needed that much protein though (2g/lb or something) then I'd use tons of shakes.
