i think that all depends on where you are bf wise..your lower than so is kurz..you guys can afford to be a little loose with the diet

You guys put on fat that easily??? I was always a pudgy kid, now it feels as though all I do it eat, but the scale doesnt move.
Do you think cardio, even if performed 8 hours BEFORE you lift, really have that much of an effect on whther or not you put on size/weight????? HOW???

I do cardio regardless of whether I'm cutting or bulking, 10 minute warm-up at beginning of workout and 20 minutes at the end. As long as you're consuming calories to compensate for the cardio then light to moderate cardio isn't going to hurt.

Thats right. But if your upping your calories to compinsate for the extra activity whats the point?

Isnt it a wash in the end.

I think most people do consume extra calories because they do some form of cardio. This is my theory as to why you see many fat people at the gym doing cardio and they never seem to look any different.

i gain very easily.. i think i weighed like 180 in 8th grade..keep in mind i was a hockey player and skating is very aerobic i would drop easily 10 lbs of water on a hard practice...now that im older its a curse somewhat lol..but yes i still gain very easily and when dieting i seem to stall rather quick..

If your having trouble gaining i would cut back on the cardio..yuo dont have to eliminate it but try maybe only 2 x week...i know you have a spin class with all the hot older women right
:chomp:
