wheres the water bro? u need plenty of water not just milk
Water??? Why water???

I have 2+ gallons a day.....just didn't post it, as it has no "nutional value" ie. calories and I wanted people to focus on my caloric intake rather to add more by writing 2-3 glasses w/ every meal.....

wtf is toast?
100g's dextrose - are you running a marathon? otherwise looks good (I do hate milk though) :o

Agreed, but mayo, cheese and turkey would have the same effect with a different taste. Less sugar too.

Also, I like the idea of having a "lifting day" diet and a "non-lifting day" diet. Ultimately, it would entail more shakes on lifting days, and less carbs on non-lifting days. Just some food for thought.

protein looks around 200 grms. what is your BW? Are you juicing? If not then you cannot consume more than your BR divided by 2.2 time 1.8. you seem resistant to change

the protein is actually over 400 grams, 50+ grams at 8 servinger per day

My diet is actually different on non lifting days, the one posted is the lifting day one, the other days have pretty much all solid foods, only shakes are the ones before bed and in the middle of the night.
I find peanut butter is a great bulking food, it does have protein in it, but mostly its super high calorie and I love the taste.
This same diet added 20lbs of mass on me last year in only 8 months, and so far this year has me up to 250lbs at around 10% at 5'8", so I'm pretty happy with it

I'm on the same diet, with just a little finageling. I have a cup of oats for my first meal w/ eggs......late night is always a thick casein shake, some fiberous veggies, and 1-2 lbs (well, maybe not that many) of salted shelled peanuts.....gaining a nice 1-2lbs for the first week.....no change in bf%....
