i see thats ok you dont need to change backgrounds. you train in the attic so post that normal
you actually look really good and the changing background makes you look fake imo

I change the background because I take pics for my social media. You don't grow a business by shooting pics in a dusty attic. You have to create original content that appeals to the meta algorithm which elevates originality, professionalism, and uniqueness. My number one 1 priority is to my business and clients I do this because I believe in my diet and hope one day ill convince some of you to give it a trt

Not really affected by the backgrounds (even though I liked 'em). I get great traction on some pics I put up with using only a few tags. For example I've a bunch of images in the top 10 'Hatfield Squats'
