N Niche New member Dec 9, 2002 #12 For the most part I use low rep (5 or less) squats. Then every few weeks I will mix it up doing higher reps (10-15), speed sets, or breather sets. You can find short clips of weight lifting exercises here: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html The SLDL can be found under the Hamstring exercises. Personally I prefer the straight back SLDL. -Niche
