Leg Question (quads in particular)

For the most part I use low rep (5 or less) squats. Then every few weeks I will mix it up doing higher reps (10-15), speed sets, or breather sets.

The SLDL can be found under the Hamstring exercises. Personally I prefer the straight back SLDL.
