I have been exercising regularly and doing the same routine and eating good for a year and yes I have lost over 85 lbs over the last year but I gained a few lbs back over the holidays because I exercised and had a few good cheat days. But I started a new diet yesterday and did my regular weigh in routine and I weighed 229 lbs and then I took 3 hydroxycuts and then went to the gym and did my regular hard cardio and weight lifting routines I have been doing for the last year. Came home ate my grilled chicken and between then and when I went to bed I drank a full two gallons of water plus a little more. Took three hydroxy cuts at lunch and I figured that water intake weighed appx 17 lbs. Well when I weighed this morning same regular routine I weighed 200 lbs. That is a nine pound different. I am not hyping hydroxy cut, but thought this would be interesting for you all to read and comment on. Georgia Irish
