today's diet

meal 1 ON shake with water...no oats b/c i went a little crazy last night with the anpb :evil:

meal 2 2 cups of eggwhites

meal 3 a few baked meatballs (left over still from nye don't want them to go towaste)

meal 4 1 can of tuna

PWO On shake with banana and oats

meal 5 baked chicken and wild rice

just a note...MY BACK IS FAWKING KILLING ME TODAY!! i hope it feels better later when i lift shoulders. i'm going to be pissed if it affects my standing ohp...getting stronger on these. if it does i'll prob do seated dumbells or something...not sure.

lower back...l4 l5 and a few others all fugged up...herniations, degenrations etc....yes i'm stretching and doing the exercises i was told to do but the docs don't know i'm doing bent over rows or squats :evil: when i took the week off my back was totally fine...felt good in fact..no pain whatsoever....but then i started trainign again and it started hurting again.
Well if your form is not on those all could jack you up worse. You screw your back up and it can immobilize you, I know. If your back is not feeling it I don't think it sounds safe to go and do heavy weight on spine loaded exercises... IMO.

Good job on makin wood :lmao:
 
yeah i know...i hate limiting my training though...so annoying!! it makes me not want to lift!!
trying seated db shrugs today...we'll see if that works

Hope your back starts to feel better! Messed up backs are NO FUN at all! Mine has a tendency to get squirly at times but nothing in the last year or so thankfully ;)
