Hi All! Thanks for stopping by my journal. My goals are to take responsibility for my actions. Training and results are my priority and I will schedule my activities etc. to this goal. I will not spend ridiculous amounts of money on the newest weight loss wonder, nor will I folow my usual habit of jumping on the latest diet. That being said, I will include a weekly treat - not binge. I believe I have set my self up for failure in the past by being so super strict with my eating - getting my weight down to 89 and actually shooting for 85 lbs to see if I could do it! Now I am a healthy 114 pounds. I will continue to work hard and eat accodingly. Made a major break through in the eating disorder department today that I am very proud of - well not that proud but what is done is done! I was about to drive 2 hours, miss work, and spend money on another weight loss gimmick. I just could not lie to my husband and chose not to go - Yeah me!!
OK Today:
Ran three miles in the largest wind storm I have ever encountered!
Came home and did a decent - could always be better(!) chest and shoulder workout - followed with 20 minutes on the stair master while I chatted with my daughter. Knowing me, I will definately fit in a walk later on today.
Supplements: Reishi mushroom, multi,

Can't beleive that I have actually eaten breakfast and lunch with out gorging! Lunch was too small but I can deal with that for now! Breakfast kept me satiated until 12:30 but I was definately ready for something by then. OK back to work!

Menu:
6:30 Protein shake with 2 strawberries

8:15 1 Serving oatmeal (130 cal) and 3 egg whites

12:00 Green pepper stuffed with1/2 can tuna and sprouts

3:45 Cut up veggies with daughter after the school bus arrived!
We took a nice walk - 1.5 miles and then hit the library to study for the spelling test!

6:15 dinner - huge salad, cooked broccoli and cottage cheese.

8:00 protein icecream - iso pure mixed with guargum and stevia frozen YUM!!

it is very good that you are starting your journal. Can you post your stats?
bye the way, what are your main goals?

Thanks for the reply N! As far as stats - well they are ugly so I can not be sure - I am 62.5 inches tall, 40 years old and app 114(?) I will weigh in one of these days! Body fat is under 20% maybe 18%? My goals are to get back to clean eating, no starvations diets - my personal favorite and stop the mega cheat day - aka bingeing brought on by the starvation diets. I run daily for my mental health no longer than 60 minutes first thing in the morning. I have a gym at my house - I used to train clients here but as my family grew running a business out of the house is crazy - anyway I weight train 5 days a week. Some would say I over train but I do it for mental as well as physical reasons. I should be more strict with my training sand I definatley need to exert myself more in the gym so I can get better results. I guess my goals are to train smarter and eat clean - the benefits will show!
