Is this enough cardio

ok trying to diet down a bit

some background

34
start weight : 235lbs
current weight - 223 lbs

dedicated dieting down, now in week 4

on cycle sust / tren (in 4th week)

diet protocol :

weight days mon tues thurs friday

270-300g protein
200-250g carbs ( all round training in the am and lunch , i only eat oats , brown rice or sweet potato , and simple carbs post workout only) ) 1 high day 350g usually legs or back

50-70g fats

cardio days wed sat and sunday

270-300g pro
50-100g carbs
50g fats

at the moment i cant split training sessions, so i train first thing in the am, and use off days for cardio

wed saturday and sunday - 45min moderate to hard cardio fasted
thursday 20min HITT post workout

is this sufficient ? i am losing although it feels very slowly , i do feel that as the cycle matures its impacting what i see on the scale, i wouldnt venture as far as to say building muscle and losing fat, but feel some water retention from the test might be off setting a few lbs .

Dude you're on the right track. You don't need to do the HIIT. You are already doing a lot high intensity work. You know this stuff takes time. Just keep at it. if you still feels that this is slow try strength circuit on your weight days, keep your rest to a min and try to alternate bodyparts e.g. a set of curls followed by a set of tricep extensions.
 
Guys appreciate the response thanks ,will keep at it haha just trying to nail it and find that balance , I am usually a bulking slut and hate the diet down ;)visually my lady is noticing the changes ,as said I suppose patience is the key now !
