YES, but query whether a slower digesting protein would be better (caisin).
I know the digestiability of egg protein has not been studied, but its not a "chewy" protein like chicken or beef, so I thought it may be quicker digesting unless it has some weird digestion route such as caisin
Yeah eggs and fat are ok because they increase glucagon the hormone responsible for burning fat. Now if you had a carbohydrate snack like cookies, corn flakes, bread, etc. you would increase insulin production which is the fat-storage hormone. So you are ok (protein and fats) don't make u fat
