is my plan OK?

I want be sure that my diet plan is OK, so

1. 3-4 egg whites + 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal + 1 piece of fruit { half apples or half grapefruits}

2. chicken brest or half can tuna + unlimited veggies + piece of fruit {peach or plums} and 1 wheat toast or instead of fruit and toast 1/2 cup cooked barley or b. rice

3. chicken brest or cottage chees 1/2 cup + veggies

now I'm going work out

4. after workout protein shake and veggies

5. chicken, tuna, egg whites or fish with veggies sometimes I add little tomatoes or some other vegetables

6. if I'm hungry some protein source

As fat source I use 1 teas. peanutbutter and little bit peanuts.

so what do you thinking? together i have something around 130g protein is it enought? and what about carbs and fat?? I'm 24, 5'6 and 108 Lb BF% 8 I work out 5x/week cardio 4x/week 30 min

yes it is no bad but I want have six paks I have prolem with my lower abs I work out realy hard but I can't lost it. What do you think about my calorie and my plan? What calorie daily should I eat I don't know I eating something around 1200 is it enought? what do you think...
help me!!!!

personally what i was told was this: add a zero to your weight that you want to be for your calories:: example , i want to weigh 115, so i should be eating 1150 calories a day to get my metabolism up to burning fat and feeding my body....the lower abs is the hardest part to get, and that part is all diet! i am learning from everyone here as well on the diet issue... what i see that you are eating from what i have been told looks good, what supplements are you taking???? also, what type of cardio are you doing??? and how long???
