Here i am currently at 160lbs (lightweight yea) :)
No clue on BF, natural with the exception of a clen 12 day cycle and ephedrine at day 10 which i am doing right now. :)

Keeping high protein about 250gr, 100 gr carbs, 35-50 gr fat (usually count higher than lower). Cutting btw.

My wheels aren't that big but changed my workout program today (wednsday start) to the HST type program where i'll be training legs 3 x per week. So hopefully some improvment there. :) For more info go to the webpage about HST-training: HST


Been working out since i was 17 with various seriousness, i'm now turning 24. I would like to put on a few more pounds, during my fall bulker.. after that i am considering doing my first cycle (sust/dbol).


Don't know what else to say, been reading these boards for as long as i can remember, and no other boards, until i decided a couple of weeks back that i wanted to go plat. Good choice.

Question bud, you say you're cutting now (@160lbs?). What was your weight before you cut? In my opinion, not knowing your previous situation, I would say start eating and don't worry about gear until you hit at least 200 lbs. I know you're cutting now but you are only taking in 1700 calories. I knew advanced cross country runners in High School that were bigger than you are now. You should be eating anything that isn't nailed down. Shoot for 4500 calories to start bulking, w/o juice. And I think you identified your weak area, but 3 times a week may be a bit excessive for growing legs. Twice a week at most and make sure you squat heavy and go heavy on the hamstrings.
