Here i am currently at 160lbs (lightweight yea) 
No clue on BF, natural with the exception of a clen 12 day cycle and ephedrine at day 10 which i am doing right now.
Keeping high protein about 250gr, 100 gr carbs, 35-50 gr fat (usually count higher than lower). Cutting btw.
My wheels aren't that big but changed my workout program today (wednsday start) to the HST type program where i'll be training legs 3 x per week. So hopefully some improvment there.

Been working out since i was 17 with various seriousness, i'm now turning 24. I would like to put on a few more pounds, during my fall bulker.. after that i am considering doing my first cycle (sust/dbol).
Don't know what else to say, been reading these boards for as long as i can remember, and no other boards, until i decided a couple of weeks back that i wanted to go plat. Good choice.
