Injection site bruising 5-6 inches

A little over 24 hours ago I pinned my quad for the first time. 1ml of test p and 1 ml NPP. The spot I injected isn't sore at all, I'm getting sore on the front of the quad (expected pip from virgin muscle) but I'm developing a bruise 5-6" beneath my pin near the outside of my knee.


The gear's good, injected it 5 other places with no issues, even in muscle that hadn't been pinned in well over a year.


I don't bruise easy and I didn't bang it on anything. Could sub q leakage cause a bruise away from the injection spot?

You probably just nicked a blood vessel while you pinned. It happens sometimes, and isn't a huge deal really.

Short esters will do this to virgin muscle and you mixed 2. Just give it time...
