Hi Guys

I have been doing mixed martial arts for about 6 months now and am hoping to up my game a lot this year with my training and my diet as will be fighting in the middle of next year. Here is my current training regimen and would just like to know if you could try and fill in some of the blanks for me aswell as critique my diet I plan to start.

Monday - ?
Tuesday – Thai boxing/BJJ 18.30 – 21.30
Wednesday - ?
Thursday – Thai box
Friday - ?
Satuday – BJJ
Sunday – Rest

Sorry for the big ask guys I just like a lot of opinions from people and all your input will be greatly appreaciated
