Hey was sup. I´m in the process of loosing weight. I was 302lbs about 5 months ago and now I´m 250 lbs. I used a fat burner for about a month but then I stopped taking it cause i forget about it. I just increased my workouts by going to the gym in the morning to do cardio for 60 mns and at night I workout with a trainer for about 40 mns. I do super set while working with him. I need to loose another 40-50 lbs; really no rush to loose them. He suggest I use a cicle of Winny to hurry it up but I have never used anything like it. The most i´ve used has been fat burners but thats it. I am kinda worried as to what the side effects are and also how my body and I will react to it. Can anyone help me out and give me some advice as to what to do. Thanks.
