I need to loose 40lbs Winny or all by myself?

Hey was sup. I´m in the process of loosing weight. I was 302lbs about 5 months ago and now I´m 250 lbs. I used a fat burner for about a month but then I stopped taking it cause i forget about it. I just increased my workouts by going to the gym in the morning to do cardio for 60 mns and at night I workout with a trainer for about 40 mns. I do super set while working with him. I need to loose another 40-50 lbs; really no rush to loose them. He suggest I use a cicle of Winny to hurry it up but I have never used anything like it. The most i´ve used has been fat burners but thats it. I am kinda worried as to what the side effects are and also how my body and I will react to it. Can anyone help me out and give me some advice as to what to do. Thanks.
 
If a trainer makes a suggestion like that you need to ditch that trainer. No steroid is gonna help you lose weight. A good clean diet and cardio is whats gonna do it. Winny just makes you look harder but once you come off of it you return the way you were. It won't help with fat loss. You've done well so far on your own and state your in no hurry to lose the extra 40lbs. Keep up the good work with the cardio and weight lifting. When you feel like you've reached your potential and maybe want to get into the huge BB mode then maybe try a steroid. Steroids aren't a cure all diet pill, just something that will help you acheive the next level when your genetic potential is reached.

The answer is diet not AAS. I would say you have lost a lot of BF so you need to just keep going what you are doing.

There's no such thing as some type of miracle weight loss substance. Well, not one that doesn't have side effects.

As you probably know, the closer your body gets to the weight it should naturally be at (which is different for everybody), it gets harder to lose weight. Forget any substances. Working out obviously helps you, but at the end of the day, the only way to really lose weight is to diet. You could not work out at all and still lose the 40-50lbs. via diet alone.

I obviously am NOT recommending you diet without exercise, because then, even after you lost weight you'd still look flabby which I assume you don't want.

Long story short, I drastically changed my diet and lost 68lbs. You weigh 250lbs. now, and I weighed less than that when I started my diet, so diet and exercise alone can certainly get you to lose 40-50lbs. if I was able to lose 68lbs. at a lower starting point.

Just keep going and you'll get there. :)

Oh, and definitely let go of the trainer who recommended steroids. There's no good reason to take a steroid if your goal can be obtained without.
