Hi everybody , it is my first post here
I'm 25 years old male

235 pounds
23% bf
I went down it the last three month from 250 and a really higher bf%. but I hit a plateau.
I did a lot of research about diet and training and I think I did pretty good with that. Now I need help with That cytomel thing. I research a lot on it , I think I read every single post on it here.
and Im just more confused because there is so many opinions on that subject.
I would like to know How you feel when you are on T3 and If I should ramp it up or not. for sure I think I need to ramp it down. and what kind of results I can expect on a four week cycle (I know everybody is different but just an average)
