Allright, heres the deal, I have to start eating healthy. I'm not overweight, I just want to feel better all the time. What are some healthy meals and stuff. I don't know much at all about nutrition, so gimme the DL. Like what are some easy, fulfilling meals I can toss in a lunchbag and take to school without heating or anything. I'm gonna buy a minifridge to start stocking with healthy stuff so if I feel the urge to snack I can grab a banana or something, and drink only water.
