i just got a juicer....

i drink 1 pint a day of tomato,strawberry,kiwi,orange,banana,melon,pinaple,carrot juice.

is there any other useful fruit, what helps boost muscles best.

also is it good too take more than one cod liver oil capsule a day?
 
You don't want fructose PW.......Shake looks good for a cheat day.........Did you save the receipt?
 
Healthy? Yes! Is it ideal for a bodybuilder? No.............way to much fructose, but that also depends on your goals..........I have a lady in the office who probably eats a good lb of fruit and cottage cheese a day..........she doesnt work out...........is she healthy? Probably............is she chunky? a little............and I swear, that's the only food I've ever seen her eat..........
 
why is fructose bad for bodybuilders? i eat and drink about 200g of protein a day and work out 3 times a week, is there anything else i should be doing if i would like to bulk up and get cut at the same time?

what are the carbs that i need and were can i get them?
im thinking of going on a diet, but if i need carbs which are the healthy ones i was just going to live of fruit protein and fat. is that ok?
 
fructose isnt necessarily bad theres just a time for it. PWO you definently want dextrose...at some other point in the day fructose is great for replenishing liver glycogen
