I wanted to give myself some time between cycles..My last was three months ago. i lost all vascularity for some reason. While I was "on" I ate like a champ so I spent a lot of time doing cardio but I cannot manage to get rid of my gut. i start my day off with metrx and a protein bar instead of eggs and oatmeal..Is that enough to change my metabolism?? Being that it is alrealy refined. Is it better to eat solid meals in the morning to get the metabolism going. I am really flat right now so I am going to cut back on the cardio. I just moved to a new city so I was going to the gym every night excluding fri and saturday because I was so board. My new gym has an internet connection on the stairmaster so time flys..I ended up doing 45min of cardio each day...is that bad?? I am maintaining weight @200lb but I look flat.......what the fuck should I do. I cut back to three days of training. Mon wed and Fri....push, pull, then legs. I figure I would get back to basics.
