I agree, rap music sucks. I dont think the public should embody low intelligence jungle beats.

That country music voice irritates the hell out of me - and I listen to deathmetal and porno grindcore! But at least country music has real instruments and innovation in that respect.

a.) As far as the beats go, I think it's something far deeper than that that makes people respond to the beat & rythm.
b.) As with anything alse, it's all a matter of taste. Generally speaking, the fact that you like "your" type of music, it is almost certain that country will come across as whiny, syropy(sp) blather.
