I cant get over the 220 mark for the first time evr I have 10 - 12 % body fat I take in about 4500 cals a day 50 - 55 grams protien per meal 6 x and about a hundred for the carbs the fat is low , in the gym im getting stonger , why not bigger do I need more food and if so dam how do people eat that much?I keep a journal im going nuts cant figure it out ive bben 240 16% bf would like to get back there, what could i do any help?
