Do light cardio.

It's hard to keep the calories counted every day, but in general even
if you don't meet your protein or carb requirements, put effort into
eating the type of foods that are on those meal plans. Stay away from
sweets and soada. Drink lots of water to flush the sodium out, and hit
the sauna.and Steam..

I like the diet. I would drop the dextrose pre-workout and add in another source of complex carbs. I belive the ONLY time simple carbs should be consumed is post workout. Also I would drop the brown rice before bed as well. If I am dieting or bulking I cut off all major carb intake after 8pm (cause I train at 5) Other then that it looks very good. Happy growing

Too many carbs, although I agree with mustang they (dextrose) are important post workout. Actually to keep the exact same caloric intake just switch your carbs and protien.

brown rice is fairly fiberous, your body will burn alot of calories just trying to break it down, I wouldn't worry too much + they are low GI carbs.. even Bill Pearl says 'You could eat 10 bowls of brown rice a day and still loose weight (assuming you just ate brown rice and no other sources of protein then that weight would be fat/muscle ... but ya just my opinion that I don't think brown rice is a bad choice..

Good looking diet.

I would increase the protein and drop the carbs.

As Mustang said, no need for dextrose PreWorkout.
