the sugar free has 10 cals,the regular is only 110 so I go with regular.

as for caffiene content,check their site,it honestly claims 600mg,the can says so aswell,but I agree its bull

oh and 600 sounds WAY to high for the caffeine content..

i take 200mg caffeine pills and they hit way stronger.. just take to long to kick in sometimes
