How many calories does weightlifting burn?

Hello,
I just wanted a bit of help or advice. I am 18, I weight 128lb (approximately 18% of body fat). I am really interested how much could I burn during a weight lifting session. My heart rate stays a bit elevated the whole time, I do 5 sets of 10 reps awith my 10RM. I rest about 1 minute between sets and excercises. I do as much as I can during 1 hour. Can I estimate some way how much do I burn during workouts. Any suggestions? Or is it possible for example count minutes under tension calculate them as weightlifting in calorie calcurator and the rest minutes of the workout time (rest periods) count as for example walking? Because I am still breathing a bit faster then normal so do I burn calories even in this minutes? Thanks much for responses:)

I've always liked this calorie calculator. It bases the burn on your weight, and you'll notice it has two categories for weight training, general and vigorous. http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc

I would consider vigorous where you're working with free weights, in a weight range where 10 or so reps (maybe less) is your absolute limit. There is a big difference between working heavier, with the intention of building muscle, and doing high rep circuit work that improves endurance.
