I easily got up to 6 per day. (maybe it was from taking ECA for so long, but I had not a bit of problem, and actually could have handled even more.). I did 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2
I don't measure body fat---I go by how I like to look, not by what calipers tell me.
I was VERY cut by the 10th day of taking it for the very first time. MAJOR loss of bodyfat. It looked like my shoulders grew, but in fact, the muscle was just really more defined and showing through a hell of a lot better.
This time around I"m adding t3. Have you done a clen/t3 cycle? Can you tell me how you did your cycle, and what your results were.
