I eat oatmeal and have 5 egg hites and a whole egg

You can still pull that Bfast off even when not on CKD, just drop the amount of food and add some oatmeal.

Have you tried putting it into the blender with your shake (assuming you drink protein shakes)? It tastes great and oatmeal is a reasonably decent source of carbs and fiber.

ive added oatmeal and peanutbutter to my shakes. it tastes good going down, but then it will make me sick to my stomach for the next couple of hours. not sure why.

Best breakfast:

Eggs
bacon
sausages = NO WAY!

Best = Oats and egg omlette....hands down.....bacon and sausage is like hot dogs....junk.....

Nah,nah, nah, best for breakfast: Protein Pancake.
Half cup oats
Half cup Cottage Cheese
3 egg white, 1 egg.
Cinnamon
Teaspoon Splenda.

All in to a blender, then straight in to a pan. Cook real slow for a crispy pancake. Give it a go and you'll be addicted forever.

if you want those oats why not have them with some yogurt and bacon or something, mixing yogurt will get rid of the taste of oats quickly for you,and low or no fat yogurt is good stuff

cheerios are not a bad choice, but there are other whole cereals that are "better" from a GI standpoint. You will often find these in the "organic or health food" sections of the supermarket.

if you are taking Glucorell-R most any cereal that is not loaded with high fructose corn syrup or fructose is fine.

btw- if buying glucorellr use the
