I am 6'0 210, a bit too chubby in the middle for my liking and I want to weigh 190 by January 1. I work out 4 days a week for about an hour. I eat as healthy as possible, but for breakfast (7 am) i have a protein shake and a cup of oatmeal. Is it ok to add a tablespoon of honey? The rest of the day I normally have a double turkey sandwich on wheat (no cheese) with milk, a post workout shake, and a chicken salad for dinner.
