I'm going back to school soon- and I will be in the middle of my bulk. I need some MRPs - but I dont have the $ to buy them. I have whey protein, but I dont want a fast protein, and plus it's also $. What I want to know is what are some of you guy's mrp drinks?
I want to store skim milk, with ice cream, almonds, perhaps peanut butter and anything that can add protein like eggwhites. Im listing all options, not that i will add them all in one. This is probably going to rot if I keep it from 7am to 10pm. Do you agree?
What could I do then? Could I bring some water and some powderwhole milk. Mix it during class, then whip out my peanut butter jar and a scoop to the shaker, and some almonds? Doesnt sound like a good idea.
Im brainstorming as I type. Fill me in with your ideas for a stable MRP that will last from 7am to 10pm.
Between classes I already eat a bunch of stuff like tuna and mayo, nuts like almonds, pbj sandwiches etc. But I have biology every day for 2 hours (IB) and I will not be able to eat - only drink and I cannot be late as I can with other classes.
I appreciate all sound responses.
