Help with slightly botched Rev200 conv

Hopefully this isn't an unfixable problem but I recently attempted a Revalor 200 conversion and am at a point now to where I don't want to screw anything up if I can help it. I followed basskiller's directions on syno conversion which i hear is exactly how a revalor conversion works. Everything went perfectly right up until I was drying my powder in the oven as was directed in the steps provided. I was checking on the powder every 20 minutes to make sure I broke up any clumps when after about an hour I noticed the powder had a tannish tint to it. I immediately pulled it from the oven to find that some of the powder had started to melt and stick to the foil it was resting on. About 12g of powder was fine, except for the slightly tannish tint on some, but had to scrape about 3-4g off the foil which had started to gel. My powder was dry but did have quite a few gelly little chunks which i got off of the foil.

I was working on a strict time line here so maybe this was my downfall. I had 16g of powder and 100ml of oil, my BA and BB. This was all the oil I had so I decided to try and double up on my dosage to reach 200mg/ml instead of the 100mg/ml to make up it work with the 100ml of oil I had. I had ordered 2-100ml bottles but only 1 came, after I had ordered a conversion kit that never came. I followed the ratio for my BA/BB that I got on a conversion thread for the 200mg/ml. I put all of my powder(16g) into a 50ml vial. I then added my 4ml BA and 12 BB to it as instructed. This is my first conversion so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. It basically seemed like pissing on an ant hill. After a couple of minutes, the powder liquified(sorta), but now I have a 50ml vial full of what looks almost like cream of wheat.

I am about 99% sure its not supposed to look like this and wasn't about to drop in my oil for fear of ruining everything. I realize probably a huge part of my problem was trying to do all of this in the strict time limit I had, and trying to dillute all the powder into use for 100ml of oil(which I had planned on having 200ml of oil to work with). I'm hoping to god I didn't ruin the 10 carts I used and can somehow salvage what I have. I'm hoping I can atleast maybe dissolve it in HEET again and start fresh again. Or do I need to add more BA/BB? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you remove the estro?

Yeah, removed the estro. I've never done a conversion so I'm not sure what the powder is supposed to look like after the bb/ba is added. Seems impossible for all the powder(16 g) to completely dissolve in only roughly 16ml of ba/bb. Don't know if overheating when drying it caused it to start looking crazy or what. Would it be better to start from scratch and dissolve the entire powder/solution in heet again or is that even possible at this point?

Did you heat everything as you added the BA and BB?
I have only done powder never conversion kits.
It should desolve at 110-130 degrees F.
What temp did you bring it to?

As long as you didn't cook the powder at over 400 degrees F, powder should be fine.

No I didn't heat it as I mixed it to the ba/bb. Wasn't aware that I should. Not sure if my powder was 100% dry before I added the ba/bb although I'm pretty sure it was. I've heard this can be an issue in dissolving as the moisture doesn't allow the powder to dissolve completely. Does 16ml of ba/bb sound sufficient for 16g of powder?

It doesn't have to be 100% dry. And if that really mattered you wouldn't have mixed them with the BA and BB.
What is your total finished volume?
200ml?
Thats BS unless these kits are different then powders but if you heated it enough to go to powder then back to a liquid you took out all the moisture. IMHO

Makes sense about the lack of moisture if I heated it to the melting point. At first I was shooting for roughly 200ml @100mg/ml but got shorted on my oil by 100ml so I opted for 100ml @ approx 200mg/ml. Got the ratio for ba/ba from a different forum. So when you dissolve your powder in your ba/bb, are you left with a clear solution? I'm just baffled that 16g can be dissolved into 16ml of bb/ba. What ratio do you use?
