help with my diet

Ok, well this is my diet... and yes i dont eat ANY meat or eggs. So please help me if you can, because meat isnt an option. My goal is to gain LBM and i know i'll gain some fat also, but im gonna do cardio about 3-4 times a week for 20-30 mins just to keep fat in check... i'm about 173 6ft tall and bf% is between 13-15%.... i know its a lot.... but i need some quality muscle and then im gonna try losing the fat.......

looks good to me why dont you cut your carbs back to say 250 per day and up your your fats a little

cals 3600 - 4000 and this is for a show in 4 weeks
