HELP With DIET

I was curious if you all could help me out with my diet.. here is a rough meal plan on a daily basis I guess.. I am trying to lose some fat and kinda increase my muscle etc..

M1- oatmeal, 1-2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1-1.5 cups skim milk
M2- salad, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, tuna salad, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups 1% milk
M3- protein bar, or small high-protein meal (eggs), maybe coffee with Equal & non-dairy creamer
M4- postworkout, 20g whey, 100g dextrose + maltodextrin
M5- eggs, or chicken breasts, or turkey, or tuna salad with little mayo


HELP!!
Milk seems to go well with me I still seem to lose fat.
 
honestly, that does not look good-too little protein-here is a suggestion:make meal 2 a steak and romaine lettuce,meal 3 should be turkey,chicken,or steak,you need to add another meal for a total of at least 6 a day
 
Yes, I would add a sixth meal in there...

...you might also want to combine more carbs with your protein in a few of those meals (depending on whether you are cutting or bulking)....even if it's only a cup of raw veggies or something....

...this will ensure that the protein you consume gets used for muscle maintenance rather than energy expenditure....
