It's called tupperware. You pretty much only need one meal anyway. If you eat right before school and right when you get home.. you can get by on a meal at noon. Or if you prefer more day time eating you can do a meal at before, after, and at school 10:30 and a meal at 1.

Either way.. You can tupperware one meal. Also, you can bring a shaker with protein powder already in it and just add water from the large bottle you're going to be sipping on all day anyway.

Also you can ziploc tons of carbs and essential fats like all natural granola and almonds.

No excuses for not eating bro.

Also, stay away from protein bars if you're trying to cut.

bring a shake with you...i'll give you an example. yesterday i had to do a bunch of errands and i knew i was not going to be able to eat for like 5 hours...so a few hours before i left i made a shake....through it in a shaker...froze it and took it with me. easy easy easy

I too go to school..pre make all your meals and eat that shit in class..most teachers are cool with that. They know that students need to eat and have some crazy schedules.
I have a cool little cooler I keep all my shit in.

You have to prepare your food the night before and put it in tupperware like the guy above mentioned. Try to make enough for 2-3 days worth at a time if possible.

MRP/powder/bars can come in handy too for emergency situations. It's a good idea to have a stash on hand in case you need them...at least they were for me.

Try to find a microwave on campus. Ask your teachers if it is okay to use one in their lounge.
