Help!!! how low can I drop the Calories

Need Help With Cutting, please help a bro out !!!

I am curently on
60Mg/ED Tren
50MG/ED winny
250mg/E3d test about to come on in another week
40mgs Ephedrine+400mgs caffiene ED

have done 1 cycle (tren/winny same MG's) before and was happy with the results but wish to make this a massive cutting cycle want to be 270-275 by sept 12, with good BF% want about 10-12% I am shooting for reasonable goals but I think I can make better.

6'4" lifting 5 years about but broken up by a 2 year bout with a bad injury so 2 years in this stretch. formerly a very fat kid.
BW 295lbs as of today down ~12lbs from 16days ago
BF% about 16-18

Bench~420lbs
dead~430lbs back injury still rehabbing
squat~450lbs back injury still rehabbing squat used to be better

doing heavy lifting 4 days a week with an
Mon -chest/back
Tue-Legs
Wed-sprinting Hiit
Thur-arms
Fri-shoulders/upperback/traps
sat-Hiit
Sun-medium cardio
with cardio after all lifting sessions for about 20-30 minutes walking with a vest or dragging a sled

cals about 2600-2800 now with some jumps on the weekends to about 3000-3200
high protien/low carb/med fats

wondering how much farther I can drop the calories or if I should just keep going on the diet as is and take my time. any ideas or comments are welcome I need a little help with this I have never really been cutting hard and am wondering If I am over-doing it with the cardio or if I should keep it stable
