Help Help

Hi Sasa...I' gonna leave this question to some other ladies that really know there stuff...Hang in there I know how ya feel..I you look to me like you have added some muscle. But I don't know anything about the meds you are taking....so bump for some other answers!!! Hang in there Sasa...this board has taught me two things...

1. STAY OFF THE SCALE...lol see girls I am learning

2. Consistancy just keep working at it, it will pay off

Sasa, can you post your pics for non-plats? For me it is really hard to assess from the tiny pictures.

O.k. I just compared your pictures... I actually had to triple check the dates, and now I'm going to go tell you to get yourself a new pair of glasses with a higher prescription.
You have added muscle on in the following areas: Quads, upper abs are showing more, Lats have popped out more, Delts have popped out more, calves have also increased. No wonder your weight has gone up. You look more 'athletic' where before you looked like a skinny fat girl. Throw the scale in the garbage. Unless you are going to get body fat tested you are going to keep messing with your head. You actually look like you are even retaining some water but nothing bad.... I think there are obvious improvements!!!!

Ok, I don't know...I know scale is not mirror..but I see me as fat girl. I hope you made mistake with picture...in the red bathingsuit...this is MONTH AGO...in the green top it's NEW.....No I'm just jokeing. Ok no more stupid concerns...thanks girls!!!!!!!!!

She's dead on.

You can see the difference in the quads fair easily and the slope of your hips into your waist has soften, less square more hourglass. Also, as a suggestion try and take pics with the same pose every time.

Don't freak about your stomach - I know just where your feeling it and I want you to forget about see ribs - think ab muscles not ribs - the addition of ab muscles will change how you look from under your boobs to the top of your bikini line.

A wild guess here - if your eat has improved or you are eating more than you have in the past you will feel it in your stomach, just the difference of having a full stomach verse an empty one will make you feel fat.

You are getting results and your body shape will change which is why your clothes will not fit.

I remember when a certain someone here was busting out of all her pants not so long ago.

*cough*

KEEP GOING SASA

I just looked at the pics and I think you look BETTER in the NEW pics......

1. you look hella better in second pictures - the new ones, in green. less fat around hips, for sure

2. you need to eat more

3. you need to talk to a professional about your self-image problem. you have some kind of self-hate issue going on here. you need help, seriously. you are bordering on some type of body dysmophia in my opinion. hating yourself because of a number is delusional and unhealthy. you need psychological assistance.
