oh no! nobody has failed please.. apparently i am failing myself because i am very uneducated about my nutrition and health! i always cant wait to check back on this site to see what everyone has to say. i hope you didnt take that last post harshly i meant nothing of the sort and i apologize! i appreciate and have taken in everything everyone has been saying!!
