have been wondering about a few thnigs. first of all can anyone give me a link to madcow's training site i hear it is fantastic and i forgot to bookmark it, im nonplat so cant search.
also was wondering about INTERACTIVE's MAMMOTH 2500 powder, providing a WHOPPING 970 cals per serving ,50 grams of protein also.
i believe im operating at a caloric defecit right now, im upto about 152 lbs in weight but during school exams i just cant keep a decent , CONTINUOUS eating schedule going. eating better and well but need to step it up fuurthur, im working out like a beast also which is helping.
just wondering about this powder, if i take it 3 servings per day, is it really the best weight gainer out there? i heard taking 3 full servings a day could give you diabetes this shit has so many cals per serving - is that true?
i just want to fucking go nuts come xmas once exams are through, i can go shopping buy a shitload of food and just focus on solid eating and training. i really want to hit 200 lbs but as an ectomorph high metabolism its hard as fuck, for real.
thanks for any advice on the mammoth powder. also has anyone heard of no2 pills, you take upto 9 per day to increase something (i cant read the label came off)
