hey guys been scanning the boards for a few weeks now and just signed up the other day
was wondering if i could get some advice. im 24, weigh 80kg, and i do boxing which is pretty
intense cardio, anywhere between 3-6 times a week and been doing gym work for 4 years
on and off. I want to put on more muscle mass but the problem is i get tested every so often
so something that stays in my system for long isnt a good idea. any advice is appreciated. thanks
