I posted a thread on the Anaboilic Board about this, but wanted to post it here well, since SC posts on this board a lot and others post about him here. I'm at 7%, and have followed a diet that is almost identical to one layed out for me by the man himself a while back. Yeah, I've been on a summer cycle, but hard work and a sound diet much like SC's helped get me to 7%. Props to the man.

Okay, for the record, SC has programs that fit each person's needs as he works with them. Not to be a dick, but please don't ask me or send me PM's about this. This is out of respect for SC. There is plenty of general diet info floating around here.

Understandable, I heard he is pretty good at that kind of stuff. Do you have any before and after pics?

That would be cool too see.
