False. Saturn dealers cannot charger over sticker price. Or under it either. Saturn is a prix fixe deal, no haggling. That's why old people drive Saturns, they're too timid to haggle.

Don't - they are small as shit........if you test drive one - so it with the top in place

They apparently can now. I read somewhere where an auto journalist raised the same point you did. I dont know if this new policy is global or specific only to the Sky.
